Southern Energy Management, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Representative for the Coastal Carolinas region. The role is remote, ideally based in Myrtle Beach, SC, with travel of 25–50% across Wilmington, Myrtle Beach, and Charleston.

You will lead sales and account development for our Single Family Building Performance team, building a strong pipeline and collaborating with field operations, sales, and marketing to grow builder relations and expand services.

• Experience with CRM systems and data entry.
