American Bolt & Screw is seeking a Sales Consultant to expand its North American business with top-tier customer service. You will identify, pursue, and close opportunities with existing customers and new prospects, reporting to the Division Manager and Corporate Management team.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, strategic account management, and responsive issue resolution in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Min 3 years’ B2B solution sales experience.
• Min 3 years of customer service excellence.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Team player who can work independently and in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Proficiency in another language is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal relationship skills and trust-building.
• Super organized with strong multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow strategic accounts across North America.
• Resolve client issues and maintain high service levels.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales performance.
• Manage inquiries and new projects from customers.
• Negotiate, manage, and coordinate local contracts with clients.
• Develop and cultivate solid client relationships.
• Prepare and implement business plans with stakeholders.
• Track all customer and prospect interactions in the CRM.
• Attend industry meetings, conferences, and trade shows.
