Business Development Associates (BDA) is seeking a Remote Sales Coach for B2B performance. You will coach restoration-industry reps using a structured, data-driven system that links coaching to revenue.

You’ll prep before calls, use tiered worksheets, run AI-assisted analyses, and maintain a development profile for every rep, all feeding a single dashboard that tracks activity, pipeline and revenue. Fully remote in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in B2B sales, ideally consultative and referral-driven.
• Coaching, mentoring or sales-management experience is valued.
• Familiarity with a defined sales methodology such as Sandler or SPIN.

Responsabilités

• Coach restoration-industry salespeople who completed training and turn training into sustained performance week after week.
• Prepare before every call with ~15 minutes of prep on revenue vs. goal, the rep's CRM pipeline, and last week's commitments.
• Lead weekly coaching sessions, provide feedback and role-play with newer reps.
• Use a connected dashboard to link activity to revenue and track progress across reps.
