Job summary

BDA, Business Development Associates, is seeking a Remote Sales Coach to elevate B2B sales performance across a nationwide client base. You will work remotely in the U.S. and coach reps using a data-driven framework that ties activity to revenue.

You’ll prepare with structured inputs, analyze calls with an AI-assisted system, and provide concrete next steps and development plans for each rep. The role emphasizes coaching rigor and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in B2B sales is ideal.
• Coaching, mentoring or sales-management experience is valued.
• Familiarity with Sandler or SPIN is a strong plus.
• Comfort with CRM platforms and AI-assisted analysis tools.
• Restoration-industry experience is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Coach restoration-industry salespeople who completed BDA’s training and translate it into sustained performance.
• Prepare before each call with revenue vs. goal, the rep’s sales plan, CRM pipeline, and last week’s commitments.
• Analyze coaching conversations against our selling model and provide feedback and next steps.
• Maintain a development profile for every rep to track progress and commitments.
• Run a connected dashboard review of leading activity, pipeline and revenue impact.
• Lead weekly kickoff, one-on-one coaching, progress reviews and action items.
