Qualifications

• High-level B2B sales experience with phone outreach to corporate clients.
• Fluent English with professional verbal and written communication.
• High accountability and self-starting mindset.
• Hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.).
• Ability to leverage AI tools for prospect research and research efficiency.
• Preferred background in construction, bidding, or equipment supply industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead qualification and bid administration for commercial opportunities.
• Outbound outreach to GCs and plan holders to confirm bids and build relationships.
• Inbound speed-to-lead: quickly qualify website inquiries and gather project details.
• CRM buildout and management to organize prospects, bids, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate pipeline activities and align with owner to maximize close rates.
