Job summary

Xplor Pay is seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals for its Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role offers residual income, with the freedom to manage your own schedule and income.

You’ll go to local businesses or work remotely within your region, educating owners on payment processing savings and closing deals to earn activation bonuses and ongoing commissions. Prior merchant services or door-to-door sales experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
