Job summary

Council Capital is seeking the first dedicated sales professional for our services side to generate new business from the ground up in payer technology services. You will own the process end to end with autonomy and strong leadership support.

You’ll build a qualified pipeline, manage full-cycle sales from outreach through signed agreements, and collaborate with delivery leaders to create compelling value propositions. Remote role with travel ~10%.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in a closing sales role.
• Proven success selling technology services to health plans.
• Verifiable quota attainment; targets discussed with managers.
• Network of payer relationships built over several years.
• Fluency in claims operations and systems work.
• Comfort writing proposals and developing value propositions.

Responsibilities
