Job summary

Maxsold is seeking a driven, relationship-focused sales professional to grow our network of service-provider partners across senior move management, estate sale, and related businesses.

You’ll own the full sales cycle—from outbound prospecting to closing—while traveling to industry events and representing Maxsold at partner meetings. A background in B2B sales or estate services is ideal.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in business development or B2B sales, preferably in service-based businesses.
• Proven ability to generate opportunities, build relationships, and close deals.
• Strong discovery, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
• Self-directed with outbound-focused mindset and data-driven approach.
• Engaging communication with business owners and professionals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, pitch and close via outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
• Build industry relationships with senior move managers and estate professionals.
• Help partners grow revenue, expand services, and improve operations.
• Nurture inbound opportunities and maintain CRM records and forecasts.
• Represent Maxsold at events and engage with professional associations.
• Own the sales pipeline from initial outreach to signing and activation.
• Deliver revenue targets and improve sales cycle velocity.
