Job summary

Chit Chats is seeking a Sales Representative to identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities into active clients. You will build relationships, understand shipping needs, and present Chit Chats solutions to guide decision‑making.

Reporting to the Sales Manager - Business Development, you will source leads, conduct discovery calls, qualify opportunities, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff to onboarding and account management after close.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• CRM, Google Workspace, and MS Office experience.
• Cold outreach and discovery call experience.
• Logistics/Supply Chain B2B sales background.
• Ability to manage multiple prospects across stages.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and growth potential.
• Qualify prospects based on commercial fit and shipping requirements.
• Prepare pricing comparisons, proposals, and follow-up materials.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service fit and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track outreach activities.
