Job summary

SunStrong Management is seeking a detail-oriented Servicing Operations Associate to manage the full billing and collections lifecycle for B2B customers. The role covers end-to-end invoicing, timely collections, and onboarding and contract review for new portfolios.

The successful candidate will balance financial precision with strong communication skills to handle escalated conversations. This role sits at the intersection of finance, operations, and customer success in a dynamic energy services

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, collections, or servicing operations in a B2B environment.
• Hands-on experience with invoicing platforms such as Xero, Intacct, NetSuite, or similar.
• Demonstrated experience reviewing and interpreting commercial contracts, including billing, payment, and escalation terms.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing & Billing Operations: Generate, review, and issue invoices for customers; ensure accuracy and on-time delivery; reconcile data with contract terms.
• Collections & Accounts Receivable: Monitor aging, follow up on balances, and execute structured collections; escalate high-risk accounts with documented history.
• Customer Onboarding & Contract Review: Assist onboarding for new B2B customers; review contracts for billing terms and escalation clauses; translate terms to system configurations.
• Data Management & Quality Control: Aggregate data from multiple sources, validate accuracy, and support data pipeline QC across systems.
