Job summary

Launcher Solutions, Inc. is seeking a business development specialist with marketing backing to identify lenders, open conversations, and build campaigns that convert into meetings and pipeline.

We value B2B SaaS or tech experience, especially lending/fintech. You’ll research accounts, reach out by email/phone/LinkedIn, craft clear messaging, and manage opportunities in our CRM. Fully remote; salary based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales development or demand generation in a B2B setting.
• B2B SaaS or technology experience strongly preferred.
• Lending, fintech, banking or credit union experience highly valued.
• Comfort with prospect research and outbound work by email, phone and LinkedIn.
• Strong writing and the ability to explain complex software in plain business terms.
• Familiarity with CRM, prospecting, email marketing and marketing automation tools.
• Experience creating content for websites, email, social media and sales materials.
• WordPress knowledge plus SEO/SEM, web analytics, Google Ads and remarketing a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain targeted prospect lists of banks, credit unions and finance companies.
• Research accounts, decision-makers, business needs and industry developments before outreach.
• Run consistent, personalized outreach by email, phone and LinkedIn.
• Follow up quickly with engaged contacts; qualify fit and move to discovery.
• Set up discovery conversations and product demos with senior sales and leadership.
• Keep CRM and marketing records accurate and up-to-date.
• Track outreach ROI and refine lists, messaging and sequences.
