We’re not just transforming payments; we’re redefining how people discover, interact with, and purchase the things they love while driving real impact on merchant sales through increased conversions and higher order values. As we continue to shape the future of fintech and retail, we’re building an innovative, dynamic team passionate about creating more than just a transaction but a truly unique shopping journey. If you’re excited about pushing boundaries in tech and delivering a game-changing experience for consumers and merchants alike, come join us at the company and help create the future of shopping!

About the Role

We are seeking a Product Marketing Associate, Banking & Lending to bring go-to-market plans to life across the company’s growing set of financial products, both live and upcoming. The Head of Product Marketing owns strategy and go-to-market for these products. You’ll own execution: turning those plans into shipped tests, campaigns, and lifecycle messaging, and reporting back what the data says.

This role is well-suited for someone who loves getting things built and out the door, is energized by data, and wants to learn how product marketing strategy is made by working right next to it. Priorities follow company goals and key performance metrics, so you’ll spend more time on some products than others as launches and opportunities shift.

The salary range for this role is

$2,500 - $3,333 per month (Gross in USD)

What You’ll Do
Testing & Optimization
  • Turn insights about where users drop off in product journeys into experiments that improve the experience
  • Build and run tests in whatever form they take, from in-app copy and design changes to targeted email and push campaigns, working with product managers and designers
  • Share results clearly and quickly, and flag anything that suggests we should change course
  • Treat everything as a test: design for learning, monitor results, and iterate based on what the data tells you
Research & Insights
  • Run user research end to end once the questions are set: build the survey or study, send it to the right group of users, analyze the results, and write them up
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to surface patterns, friction points, and opportunities
  • Use AI tools to speed up analysis and sharpen the insights you bring back
Go-to-Market Execution
  • Turn launch and marketing plans into clear project timelines with owners and dates
  • Partner with our marketing communications team to bring email, push, and in-app campaigns to life
  • Guide marketing materials through compliance and legal review in a regulated industry
  • Coordinate everything needed to get new products ready for launch
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Documentation
  • Work closely with product managers, marketing communications, design, compliance, and data teams on every product you touch
  • Share regular progress updates with the team and cross-functional partners
  • Document research findings and test results, and keep team strategy documents up to date
  • Adapt quickly as priorities and launch timing shift
QualificationsRequired
  • 2+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth, Lifecycle Marketing, Consumer Research, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills: comfortable working with funnel data, behavioral data, and survey results, and using AI to evaluate them
  • Highly organized and execution-minded, with a track record of getting work shipped on time across multiple stakeholders
  • Clear, concise written communicator in English, able to turn complex results into a sharp readout
  • Curious about AI tools and eager to use them to work smarter. Bonus if you’re already using them regularly
Nice to Have
  • Experience in fintech, banking, lending, payments, or credit products
  • Experience getting marketing copy through compliance or legal review in a regulated industry
  • Experience running A/B tests or in-product experiments
  • Experience with lifecycle messaging, in-product copy, or Braze (or similar)
  • Consumer-facing or mobile product experience
  • Familiarity with user research methodologies
About You
  • You have relentlessly high standards - many people may think your standards are unreasonably high. You are continually raising the bar and driving those around you to deliver great results. You make sure that defects do not get sent down the line and that problems are fixed so they stay fixed.
  • You’re not bound by convention - your success—and much of the fun—lies in developing new ways to do things
  • You need action - speed matters in business. Many decisions and actions are reversible and do not need extensive study. We value calculated risk-taking.
  • You earn trust - you listen attentively, speak candidly, and treat others respectfully.
  • You have backbone; disagree, then commit - you can respectfully challenge decisions when you disagree, even when doing so is uncomfortable or exhausting. You have conviction and are tenacious. You do not compromise for the sake of social cohesion. Once a decision is determined, you commit wholly.
  • You deliver results - you focus on the key inputs and deliver them with the right quality and in a timely fashion. Despite setbacks, you rise to the occasion and never settle.
What Makes Working at the company Awesome

At the company, we are more than just brilliant engineers, passionate data enthusiasts, out-of-the-box thinkers, and determined innovators. We believe in surrounding ourselves with only the best and the brightest individuals. Our culture is not defined by a certain set of perks designed to give the illusion of the traditional startup culture, but rather, it is the visible example living in every employee that we hire.
