Job summary

Launcher Solutions, Inc. is seeking a customer-focused professional to bridge lenders and our software. You will learn each customer’s lending programs, join discovery calls, and demonstrate our origination and decisioning tools.

You will lead implementations from requirements through configuration, testing and launch, coordinating timelines and vendors, and training customer teams remotely and onsite.

Qualifications

• Experience in lending or financial services such as origination, underwriting, verification, operations or servicing.
• Ability to map customer workflows and translate needs into requirements.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Learn how each customer operates, including its lending programs and workflows.
• Join discovery calls and demonstrate Launcher products to prospective lenders.
• Lead implementations from requirements through configuration, testing, training and launch.
• Coordinate timelines, decisions and third-party vendors.
• Train customer teams remotely and onsite, then stay their point of contact.
• Investigate questions and issues and drive them to resolution.
• Translate customer needs into product requirements and test deliverables.
