Job summary

Budderfly is hiring a remote Business Development Representative to open doors, build relationships, and exceed lead targets. You will work with Marketing and Sales to self-generate appointments and qualify leads from campaigns.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of sales experience, with strong communication, problem-solving, and a drive to advance within the organization. Base salary $55k–$60k + commission, with uncapped upside.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of sales experience with a track record of meeting lead targets.
• Strong communication via phone and email.
• Proven creative problem-solving and strong analytical skills.
• Desire and ability to move up within a sales organization.
• Genuine interest in sales/marketing.
• Coachable and receptive to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Hunt for new business opportunities and outreach to potential clients.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to generate appointments and qualify leads.
• Qualify leads from marketing campaigns.
• Use social selling and digital campaigns to source leads.
• Provide feedback to Account Executives with status updates.
