Job summary

Refine Labs is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to lead media strategy and execution for 4-5 client accounts, focused on growth-stage B2B SaaS companies. You will mentor teams, optimize campaigns, and drive revenue growth with data-driven decisions.

You’ll collaborate with a Director of Demand Generation, manage multi-channel campaigns, and leverage AI-powered workflows to accelerate results. This is a fully remote role prioritizing certain states in the US.

Qualifications

• Experience building and optimizing paid media campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Familiarity with cross-channel attribution and campaign measurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing strategy and execution for 4-5 accounts, aligning campaigns to revenue targets.
• Develop and optimize multi-channel demand generation programs across channels.
• Collaborate with product marketing and sales to ensure consistent messaging and operations.
• Analyze data from CRM, MAP, and web analytics to improve performance and spend efficiency.
