Keeper Security is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our B2B support team. This role can be fully remote from select locations, with a hybrid option for candidates near the Chicago, IL metro area.

You will handle customer requests via phone and email using Salesforce, delivering accurate and timely assistance. You will stay current on product knowledge, escalate complex issues to Tier 2, and work to continually improve the customer experience while upholding a high standard of

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a B2B technical support role.
• Experience with Google Docs and MS-office tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Proven history of maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls, tickets and chats regarding product problems, service questions and general client concerns.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and collaborate with management and other teams on policy changes.
• Escalate in-depth issues to the Tier 2 team when needed.
• Provide excellent B2B customer service and top-notch support.
• Maintain professionalism and build positive rapport with customers.
