Job summary

Salomon is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Ogden, UT to act as a customer advocate within the Salomon North America team. The role focuses on building strong dealer relationships, processing orders, and resolving inquiries about inventory, pricing and delivery.

You will own the order book for assigned accounts, ensuring OTIF delivery and effective collaboration with Credit and AR teams. Experience with SAP or CRM tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent education.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience, optimally in B2B, consumer goods business.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with dealers and sales reps to drive repeat business.
• Create and revise orders; communicate status via phone, email and chat.
• Own order from creation through delivery ensuring allocation and OTIF.
• Meet monthly financial targets for shipping in collaboration with leadership.
• Identify discrepancies in the order book and resolve issues with stakeholders.
• Monitor inbound order flow for pricing, seasonality, and SKUs accuracy.
• Utilize training and resources to perform duties accurately and efficiently.
