Salomon is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to own end-to-end recruitment for home office and retail roles across North America, with a focus on our Ogden, UT and NYC offices and our growing retail portfolio. • Experience with multi-location hiring and high-volume retail.
• Ability to assess senior-level roles and cultural fit.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for Ogden, UT and NYC roles.
• Lead senior level and specialized hiring across corporate, outdoor industry, and retail functions.
• Partner with HRBP – Retail on hiring strategy; execute recruitment delivery.
• Write compelling job briefs reflecting Salomon's employer brand.
• Coordinate candidate assessment activities and provide data-driven hiring recommendations.
• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and HRBPs; act as talent advisor.
