KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Champions B2B Center Operations Manager to drive enterprise-wide growth, operational excellence, and long-term performance across a national footprint. You will translate priorities into cross-functional actions, guiding field operations and corporate functions with data-driven insights.

You’ll lead a senior team, optimize enrollment, revenue, retention, and scalability while coordinating strategies across sites and districts to deliver measurable

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in operations, business operations, program management, project management, consulting, or related functions.
• 5+ years of experience managing cross-functional business initiatives with measurable operational or financial impact.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills with experience evaluating business performance, forecasting trends, and delivering data-driven recommendations.
• Experience developing and executing strategies tied to revenue growth, profitability improvement, customer retention, and operational efficiencies in a complex nationwide multi-unit environment.
• Strategic and critical thinker who prioritizes and manages multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and collaborate across executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team with accountability and high performance while aligning with objectives.
• Develop and execute operational strategies and standards to drive enrollment growth and revenue optimization.
• Organize and lead cross-functional sessions to drive decision-making, alignment, and accountability.
• Leverage data and insights to evaluate performance, enrollment trends, and customer experience; provide actionable recommendations.
• Support field leaders by planning, prioritizing, and adopting seasonal and strategic initiatives; foster collaboration.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans with milestones and success metrics; track progress and mitigate risks.
