Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in operations or related functions with cross-functional initiatives having measurable impact.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to forecast trends and make data-driven recommendations.
• Experience scaling operations and driving revenue growth, profitability, and retention in a nationwide multi-unit environment.

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performance team aligned with strategic priorities.
• Develop and execute operational strategies to drive enrollment growth, revenue optimization, and retention.
