KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a District Leader to oversee a portfolio of 10–15 centers in a dynamic market. You will coach Center Directors and teaching staff, driving quality, accreditation, and educational excellence across your district.

You will nurture customer relationships, identify sales opportunities to increase revenue, and ensure sound business decisions with families in mind. This is a multi-unit leadership role impacting thousands of children and families.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of successful multi-unit leadership.
• Strong business insight and ability to drive financial results.
• Experience leading customer- and talent-focused environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of 10–15 centers with >$10M revenue.
• Coach Center Directors and teaching staff to deliver quality experiences.
• Drive family acquisition, retention, and enrollment opportunities.
