Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales or staffing is preferred.
• Comfort with cold calling and high-volume outbound prospecting.
• Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new business and identify companies with hiring needs.
• Contact business owners, directors, HR leaders, hiring managers, and other decision-makers.
• Cold call, email, use LinkedIn, and other prospecting methods.
• Introduce Desort's recruitment services and identify hiring opportunities.
• Build relationships with potential clients.
• Follow up and convert prospects into new clients and recruitment contracts.
• Build and manage your own sales pipeline.
• Explore new industries and markets.
• Work with our recruiting team once a client search is secured.
