Job summary

A Quality Facility Services is seeking a Telemarketer (B2B Lead Generator / Appointment Setter) for a hybrid office role. You will perform high-volume outbound prospecting to B2B decision-makers, qualify opportunities, and schedule appointments for the Outside Sales team.

Hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with base pay up to $45k–$55k plus uncapped commissions. We offer bonuses, PTO, health insurance, a 401(k) with employer match, and a clear path into Outside Sales or Sales Management.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of B2B cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting experience.
• Comfort with high-volume outbound activity.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
• Experience using a CRM system (Salesforce preferred).

Responsibilities

• Outbound prospecting to B2B prospects and key decision-makers.
• Qualify opportunities and schedule appointments for the Outside Sales team.
• Engage prospects through phone, email, text, and social media; support targeted outreach campaigns.
• Track outreach and activity within CRM and ensure a smooth handoff to Outside Sales.
