Records On Time, a nationwide medical record retrieval company, is seeking a remote Account Executive to sell to personal injury law firms across the U.S. You will own the full sales cycle from cold call to close, build your pipeline, and earn uncapped commissions on every deal.

Expect a base of $20–$24/hour depending on experience with commissions driving earnings. You will travel for select in-person meetings and industry events, while working fully remotely from anywhere in the United States.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven cold calling and B2B sales experience.
• Consultative selling with focus on ROI.
• Resilient and able to handle high-volume outreach.
• Coachable and receptive to feedback.
• Self-disciplined with ability to work remotely.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to travel for up to 6 events per year.

Responsabilités

• Cold call law firms across the U.S. (160+ calls/day) to secure appointments.
• Conduct discovery calls to identify pain points and workflows.
• Maintain an active CRM pipeline with all activities logged in real time.
• Deliver pitches and demos via phone and virtual meetings.
• Close deals and navigate objections to secure commitments.
• Collaborate with operations, onboarding, and marketing teams.
• Attend up to 6 legal industry events annually and travel locally for meetings.
