Job summary

Engage Your Biz is seeking a Sales Account Executive to drive live transfers, inbound processing, and outbound prospecting for a remote team. You will convert warm and self-sourced leads into customers while building a predictable revenue stream.

Ideal candidates have at least 2+ years of B2B closing experience, are highly organized, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment. Base pay is $80k with on-target earnings of $100k–$120k plus uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in sales
• Minimum 2+ years of B2B closing experience
• Proven ability with outbound prospecting and self-sourced deals
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Highly organized, results-driven, and able to work independently in a remote environment

Responsibilities

• Receive live transfer calls and continue conversations to close deals
• Qualify leads and manage opportunities through the sales cycle
• Handle inbound inquiries from website forms, emails, and calls
• Maintain CRM records and track pipeline progress
