Records On Time is a nationwide medical record retrieval company seeking a driven Account Executive to own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close—with uncapped commissions. The role is fully remote within the United States, with frequent industry events and travel to meet law firms.

You will build a robust pipeline, conduct discovery calls, deliver compelling demos, and collaborate with teams to ensure smooth onboarding. A high-velocity, results-driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful cold calling and B2B sales.
• Ability to present value and connect solutions to pain points.
• Resilient, handles rejection in high-volume outreach.
• Coachable and willing to implement feedback quickly.
• Self-disciplined to work remotely with minimal supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication for executive-level outreach.
• Willing to travel up to 6 in-person events annually.

Responsibilities

• Cold call law firms across the U.S., securing appointments.
• Conduct discovery calls to uncover pain points and needs.
• Build and maintain a CRM-driven sales pipeline.
• Present the solution via phone and virtual demos.
• Close deals and navigate objections.
• Collaborate with operations, onboarding, and marketing.
• Attend up to 6 legal industry events per year.
• Travel locally for face-to-face meetings.
