Job summary

Intel Corporation in the Seattle/Redmond area is seeking a Sales Application Engineer focused on Microsoft Azure to drive Intel technology adoption across Azure workloads. You will co-engineer solutions, secure design wins, and position Intel’s leadership on Azure in the market.

You will work with Microsoft engineering, sales and marketing teams as well as Intel stakeholders to align 1P and 3P workloads with Azure roadmap, optimize workloads, and influence product direction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• 3+ years in technical roles (systems engineering, solutions architecture, PM).
• Strong interpersonal and written communication to influence stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of data center and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with workload performance tuning and telemetry analysis.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical engagements with Microsoft Azure to co-engineer solutions.
• Drive account management across cross-functional teams to deliver joint initiatives.
• Align 1P and 3P workloads with Azure roadmap and customer needs.
• Optimize workloads (AI, analytics, databases) on Intel platforms for performance and TCO.
• Troubleshoot Azure usage of Intel hardware with internal engineers.
• Build relationships with Microsoft stakeholders as a technical advisor.
• Influence Azure roadmap by aligning Intel product strategy.
• Track competitive trends and position Intel’s value proposition.
