Atmosera is seeking a Microsoft Azure-focused support administrator to manage and optimize client cloud environments. You will handle networking, security, and incident management while driving automation across Azure-based platforms.

The role emphasizes hands-on administration of Windows and Linux servers, Hyper-V/VMware, and adherence to ITIL processes with on-call responsibilities. Certification like AZ-104 is preferred and must be achieved within 90 days.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in Azure Cloud support
• Experience with automation using scripting languages and CI/CD practices
• Network platforms, firewalls, VPNs, load balancing and policy management
• Azure Site Recovery configuration and administration
• ITIL practices for incident and problem management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Responsabilidades

• Manage network platforms, firewalls, VPNs, and implement policy-based routing and load balancing
• Act as escalation point for Azure Cloud incidents and follow ITIL procedures
• Develop and maintain runbooks and automation documentation including IaC templates
• Configure monitoring/alerting for Azure and client environments and ensure SLA adherence
• Provide exceptional client service delivery throughout the service lifecycle
• Coordinate with other departments to deliver client feedback and success
• Manage Azure infrastructure including Virtual Desktop and Site Recovery
• Perform on-call rotation to meet incident response SLAs
• Use PowerShell and Bicep for automation and provisioning workflows
