Job summary

Cognizant seeks a Cloud Lead with AWS DevSecOps expertise to design, implement, and optimize scalable cloud infra, CI/CD pipelines, and secure deployment frameworks.

You will work on multi-account, multi-region AWS environments, IaC with Terraform and AWS CDK, and container platforms like ECS/EKS. Strong security, compliance, and observability focus is required, with remote US work flexibility.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with AWS cloud services (10+ years preferred).
• Hands-on Terraform and AWS CDK expertise.
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD and pipeline automation.
• Strong container platform knowledge (ECS/EKS, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in DevSecOps tools and security integration.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust GitLab CI/CD pipelines for multi-stage deployments.
• Configure and manage GitLab Runners (EC2/EKS) for scalable, secure runs.
• Optimize pipelines with parallelism, caching, and artifact reuse.
• Implement automated release management with tagging, versioning, and rollbacks.
• Develop IaC using Terraform and AWS CDK with reusable patterns.
• Build multi-account, multi-region AWS environments with CDK pipelines.
