Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an experienced Manager- AWS Netwrork Architect to design, implement, and optimize complex cloud networking across enterprise AWS environments. This remote US role emphasizes transit gateway, direct connect, vpc design, and secure connectivity for mission-critical apps.

The role requires hands-on expertise in AWS networking, hybrid cloud integrations, and scalable security architectures, with leadership to drive high-availability and performance across regions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall networking experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on AWS networking and cloud connectivity experience.
• Experience designing and supporting large-scale enterprise cloud networking solutions.
• Proven expertise implementing hybrid cloud networking architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable multi-VPC architectures with optimized CIDR planning and address management to prevent overlap across AWS accounts and regions.
• Architect and maintain hub-and-spoke network topologies leveraging AWS Transit Gateway (TGW) and AWS Cloud WAN.
• Develop enterprise-wide connectivity strategies for multi-account AWS environments using AWS Organizations and shared-services networking models.
• Design and document scalable network architectures supporting business growth, compliance, and operational requirements.
