Job summary

WesBanco is seeking a Loan Servicing Manager to oversee Insurance and Escrow servicing teams. This 100% remote role operates within the bank's footprint, with occasional in-person meetings. The position emphasizes leadership, process improvement, and regulatory compliance across loan support functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of five years of banking experience, including operations.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of banking processes surrounding loan support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Measure key performance indicators and oversee metric reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead the team as an agent of change, discovering new opportunities to serve clients and bring new capabilities to the market.
• Contribute to a business plan, execute strategic initiatives, and monitor associated expenses.
• Assist in monitoring and preparing reporting on key performance indicators, including reporting to the board.
• Account for the team budget and manage overall performance relative to the budget.
• Manage teams of employees performing all insurance servicing and escrow servicing.
• Select team members, foster employee engagement, manage team dynamics, coach, develop, and perform talent management including compensation.
• Coach employees on personal development plans and provide opportunities for growth within the organization.
• Oversee training and guidance for all teams regarding workload processing and management.
• Ensure timely and appropriate payoff quotes, payment posting, loan processing, insurance monitoring, force placement, and tax escrow disbursements and analysis.
• Oversee regulatory and audit findings and implement remediation plans.
• Guide the development and implementation of operational plans, policies, procedures, and goals that enhance scalability, automation, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with key leaders and stakeholders to guide change for scalability and automation.
• Foster strong relationships with key leaders and stakeholders across the bank to ensure collaboration and effective communication with other teams.
• Attend and travel for leadership meetings and partnership engagements with other business lines of the bank.
• Maintain policies, SOX control documentation, risk assessments, and other controls around all assigned areas.
• Respond to and resolve complex issues within the areas of responsibility.
• Oversee the process flow documentation for assigned systems and pursue areas of improvement.
• Account for the repository of procedures, processes, job aids, and other critical information for functional areas.
• Drive the effective use of technology within functional areas.
• Oversee all areas to defined customer service level expectations and key vendor processing timelines.
• Collaborate with business areas on new initiatives, processes, or products and be accountable for implementation within functional areas.
