Responsibilities

• Measures KPIs and oversees metric reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Leads the team as an agent of change to bring new capabilities to the market.
• Manages team budgets and performance to budget.
• Oversees training and guidance to all teams with respect to workload and processes.
• Drives the effective use of technology and process automation within functional areas.
• Ensures timely payoff quotes, insurance monitoring and escrow disbursements and analysis.
• Monitors regulatory and audit findings and implements remediation plans.
• Maintains policy and SOX control documentation and risk assessments.
