Job summary

WesBanco is seeking a Loan Servicing Manager to lead multiple teams handling loan file servicing, insurance servicing, and escrow servicing. This 100% remote role works full time outside of a WesBanco location with occasional in‑person meetings; primary functions are performed remotely.

You will oversee KPIs, budget, and staffing while driving scalable, automated processes across the servicing functions. Strong leadership and banking operations knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Clear, concise written and oral communication for management, employees, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Measure key performance indicators and oversee metric reports to improve performance.
• Lead the team as an agent of change, identifying new opportunities to serve clients and bring capabilities to market.
• Contribute to a business plan, execute strategic initiatives, and monitor expenses.
• Assist in monitoring and preparing reporting on KPIs, including board reporting.
• Account for the team budget and manage performance against that budget.
• Manage teams of employees performing insurance servicing and escrow servicing.
• Coach employees on development plans and growth opportunities within the organization.
• Oversee training and guidance on workload processing and management.
• Ensure timely payoff quotes, payment posting, and insurance monitoring.
