Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading banking operations with a focus on loan, insurance and escrow servicing.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; or an equivalent mix of education/experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and analytical capabilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple teams handling insurance and escrow servicing for loan portfolios.
• Monitor KPIs, run metric reports, and identify opportunities for improvement.
