Qualifications

• PhD, MD, or equivalent in data science, informatics, public health, or related field.
• 15+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 7+ years of people management experience, including leading leaders and multiple teams.
• Deep expertise in informatics, clinical intelligence, or artificial intelligence.
• Proven ability to synthesize complex information and implement enterprise strategy.

Responsibilities

• Create and own the enterprise clinical intelligence vision and roadmap.
• Direct teams in clinical informatics and AI safety, translating guidelines into scalable pathways.
• Partner with engineering and business leaders to deliver clinical intelligence products.
• Manage enterprise standards for AI clinical safety, addressing regulatory and member-safety concerns.
