Qualifications

• Deep expertise in informatics, clinical intelligence, AI, or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information and implement enterprise strategy.
• Experience influencing decisions across payer and care delivery businesses.

Responsibilities

• Create and own the enterprise clinical intelligence vision, mission, strategy, and 2–4 year roadmap.
• Direct multiple teams responsible for clinical informatics, care pathways and AI safety and evaluation.
• Partner with engineering and business leaders to deliver clinical intelligence products against enterprise outcomes.
• Manage enterprise standards for AI clinical safety and regulatory considerations.
• Lead planning, staffing, budgeting, and changes to methods for the function.
• Represent Humana on matters of significance across departments.
