Job summary

Humana Inc. seeks an Associate Vice President, Clinical Intelligence to set the strategy and roadmap for enterprise clinical intelligence products.

The leader will drive AI safety standards, oversee clinical informatics and care pathways, and partner with engineering and business leaders to meet enterprise outcome targets. With 15+ years of experience and a PhD/MD or equivalent, you will manage multiple teams and influence decisions across payer and care delivery businesses while advancing

Qualifications

• PhD or MD or equivalent in data science, informatics, public health or related field.
• 15+ years of related professional experience.
• 7+ years of people management including leading leaders.

Responsibilities

• Create enterprise clinical intelligence vision, mission, strategy and 2–4 year roadmap.
• Direct teams for clinical informatics, care pathways and AI safety/evaluation.
• Partner with engineering and business leaders to deliver products against targets.
• Manage standards for AI clinical safety amidst regulatory and reputational exposure.
• Lead planning, staffing, budgeting, and talent decisions for the function.
• Represent Humana on interdepartmental initiatives of enterprise significance.
