Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks an AVP, Clinical Intelligence to define enterprise strategy for AI-enabled clinical decision-making. You will lead scalable clinical intelligence products translating guidelines and data into actionable care pathways, working across payer and care delivery environments to influence major strategic decisions and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of senior healthcare/AI strategy experience.
• Proven ability to translate complex clinical evidence into enterprise strategies.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management across payer and care delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the enterprise clinical intelligence vision, mission, strategy, and multi-year roadmap.
• Lead multiple teams spanning clinical informatics, care pathways, AI safety, and evaluation.
• Translate guidelines and evidence into scalable clinical pathways across conditions and populations.
• Partner with engineering, clinical, operational, and business leaders to deliver products against enterprise outcomes.
• Establish and enforce enterprise AI safety standards including monitoring and human-in-the-loop processes.
