Qualifications

• PhD or MD or equivalent degree in data science, informatics, public health, a clinical discipline, or a related field.
• Fifteen or more years of related professional experience.
• Seven or more years of people management experience, including management of leaders and multiple teams.
• Deep expertise in informatics, clinical intelligence, AI, or related discipline.
• Synthesizing complex information and implementing enterprise strategy.
• Proven success influencing decisions across payer and care delivery businesses.
• Passion for improving consumer healthcare experiences.

Responsibilities

• Create and own enterprise clinical intelligence vision, mission, strategy, and two to four year roadmap.
• Direct multiple teams responsible for clinical informatics, care pathways and AI safety and evaluation.
• Partner with engineering and business leaders to deliver clinical intelligence products against enterprise targets.
• Manage enterprise standards for AI clinical safety, with regulatory and member-safety exposure.
• Lead planning, staffing, budgeting, expense priorities, and talent decisions.
• Contribute to interdepartmental initiatives aligned with enterprise strategy.
