The Ladders is seeking an AVP, Clinical Insights to shape the enterprise vision for data-driven clinical strategies. This remote US-based leadership role will guide dashboard design, governance, and predictive analytics to improve quality and consumer healthcare experiences.

Responsibilities include owning the clinical insights roadmap, leading measurement science and provider quality teams, and partnering with engineering and business leaders to implement actionable analytics across the

Competenze

• Minimum 15+ years of professional experience.
• 10+ years of people management experience, including leading leaders and multiple teams.
• 10+ years of expertise in clinical analytics and quality improvement, leveraging AI.
• Experience in a payer or integrated health system with claims and EHR data.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into actionable enterprise strategy.

Mansioni

• Create and own the enterprise clinical insights vision and roadmap.
• Oversee strategy, design, QA, and governance of a clinical excellence dashboard.
• Steward governance of the dashboard across business units for data-driven actions.
• Direct teams in measurement science, predictive modeling, and provider quality.
• Collaborate with engineering and business leaders to implement measurement actions.
• Lead cross-functional performance improvement efforts and prioritize interventions.
