Job summary

Surf Air Mobility is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own client relationships end-to-end across SurfOS accounts, including operators, brokers, aircraft owners, and OEMs. You’ll lead requirements, configuration decisions, and adoption, coordinating with engineering and Palantir teams to ensure successful implementations.

In this role you’ll drive client satisfaction, manage backlog in Jira, identify expansion opportunities, and ensure on-time go-live with a focus on aviation operations

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years in customer success, account management, implementation, or technical program management at a B2B software company, with direct ownership of named client accounts.
• Aviation background, ideally on the operations side, with understanding of charter operators, brokers, and aircraft owners day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship from contract signature to go-live and steady state, including executive sponsors and department leads.
• Run the operating rhythm: weekly sessions, program channel updates, and periodic business reviews.
• Maintain a single source of truth for each account and drive adoption post-launch.
• Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with sales on renewals and growth.
• Coordinate data migration with engineering and Foundry teams and map the migration decisions.
