Job summary

Surf Air Mobility is seeking an Implementation Manager for Aviation Software to own client relationships from contract through go-live and steady state. This remote role focuses on SurfOS configuration, adoption, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering and Palantir teams.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in customer success, account management, or technical program management at a B2B software company, with aviation ops knowledge and strong API/data-model literacy.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years in customer success, account management, implementation, or technical program management at a B2B software company.
• Aviation background or operations experience preferred.
• Experience taking a client from contract to go-live and ongoing adoption.
• Ability to read API contracts and reason about data models.
• Strong communication with executives and engineers.
• Willingness to travel for on-sites and go-live support.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships from contract through go-live and steady state.
• Run executive reviews and weekly sessions with client teams.
• Maintain a single source of truth for each account in a versioned record.
• Drive adoption post-launch and identify expansion opportunities.
• Manage backlog in Jira with prioritization and go-live constraints.
• Translate client workflows into platform configuration and write clear acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate data migration with engineering and Palantir Foundry teams.
• Design and deliver training organized by workflow.
• Stand up hypercare at go-live.
