Job summary

Daktronics is seeking a Remote Technical Support Engineer based in the United States. You will troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues, provide top-tier customer care, and document cases in Salesforce.

Responsibilities include on-site support for events and ongoing product training. Ideal candidates have an associate degree (bachelor’s preferred), strong Windows skills, and experience in customer service.

Qualifications

• Associate degree is required; bachelor’s degree preferred in related fields.
• Ability to learn technical concepts quickly and explain them to customers.
• Previous customer service and/or phone/call center experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel to South Dakota for training up to twice per year.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive, first-time resolution to customer requests via calls, chats, and email.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues with a methodical approach.
• Collaborate with teammates to resolve, or escalate, product issues when needed.
• Perform on-site support for service projects, events, and installations as required.
