Job summary

Daktronics is seeking an Audio Video Field Service Engineer to support our digital LED display technology and audio systems. The role blends on-site event work with remote technical support from a home office within a regional area.

You will travel to customer sites, perform maintenance and installations, and participate in ongoing training to advance technical knowledge. Excellent English communication and a team mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires at least an associate’s degree or higher in a technical field.
• Strong communication and professional conduct in stressful situations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site service, installation, or support during events at customer sites.
• Deliver on-site maintenance for Control and Display Systems and train Service Partners.
• Assist with knowledge-base creation and ongoing product training.
