Job summary

Daktronics is seeking an Audio Video Field Service Engineer to support our digital LED display and audio systems. You will work from a home office with a mix of onsite customer visits and remote troubleshooting, traveling as needed.

The role requires nights/weekends during events and travel within the region, with ongoing training and knowledge sharing. You should be comfortable lifting equipment and working at heights, with strong English communication throughout.

Qualifications

• Most of your work will require strong problem solving and communication under pressure.
• Fluent in English, written and verbal; able to travel by air/ground and lift up to 45 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Onsite support (60–80%): service, installation or support at events and customer sites; maintenance for Control and Display Systems; train Service Partners; update knowledge base; travel to sites in a Daktronics vehicle.
• Remote support (20–40%): telephone/web-based assistance; software installation/configuration; troubleshoot hardware/software issues; prepare for training events.
