Job summary

Daktronics is seeking a Sales Representative for the AV Sales Team. The role focuses on building relationships with AV Integrators, educating them on Daktronics indoor LED displays, and growing our partner network.

The position requires strategic selling, frequent travel, and collaboration with multiple internal teams to meet customer needs and drive business growth across the Southeast region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, economics, marketing or technical field.
• Willingness to travel; ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Mechanical aptitude and safe work practices.
• Ability to work independently and exercise judgement.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).
• Demonstrated sales and relationship-building capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with AV Integrators and educate on Daktronics products.
• Cold-call AV Integrators to generate interest and resell our systems.
• On-board target integrators and develop partner programs.
• Collaborate with AV Sales to share market intel and competitor updates.
• Understand customer needs and coordinate with Project Management, Legal, and Accounting.
• Create and present dynamic presentations for diverse audiences.
