Job summary

Diversified is seeking a Director of Sales to lead a team of Account Executives delivering workplace collaboration, digital media, solutions, and managed services. This leader owns quota attainment and oversees development, productivity, and results for the sales team in the West Region.

The role reports to the VP of Sales, Central & West Region, with remote work within the West Region and a base salary plus incentive plan. Travel is required as business demands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of B2B sales experience with quota attainment.
• Experience in AV integration, technology solutions, or complex services selling preferred.
• Experience coaching or leading sales teams at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop 6–8 Account Executives to meet individual quotas.
• Hire, ramp, and retain sellers to full productivity on a defined timeline.
• Run weekly one‑on‑ones tied to activity, pipeline, and attainment metrics.
• Coach in territory planning, account strategy, and deal execution.
• Develop Account Executives’ ability to lead complex opportunities across practices.
