Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in live ops or similar real-time role.
• Experience troubleshooting technical issues and documenting escalations.
• Comfortable monitoring multiple live feeds and dashboards.
• Strong written communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to stay calm and make sound decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Monitor autonomous vehicle operations via RC interface and live camera feeds.
• Provide remote assistance during driving scenarios using system tools.
• Document interventions and observations in real-time using Notion, Sheets, and other platforms.
• Perform post-trip reviews to identify anomalies and improvements.
• Participate in RCA sessions to investigate incidents and expand knowledge base.
• Track performance metrics and support process improvements.
• Deliver detailed shift handoffs for 24/7 fleet operations.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to improve safety and reliability.
