Job summary

Avride Inc. is seeking an on-site Remote Assistance Operator in Austin, TX, for AM and PM shifts. You will monitor autonomous fleet video feeds and real-time data, intervene as needed, and document all actions and observations.

The role requires familiarity with incident reviews and continuous improvement through RCA activities. This is a full-time, on-site position with healthcare benefits. You will work in a modern Remote Operations Center, collaborating with a team to ensure safe, smooth

Qualifications

1+ year of experience in a live operations environment (autonomous vehicle fleet operations, teleoperations, dispatch, or similar real-time role).
Experience troubleshooting technical issues and documenting escalations.
Comfortable monitoring live camera feeds or system data to identify issues in real time.
Experience using ticketing systems such as Jira or YouTrack.

Responsibilities

Actively monitor an assigned vehicle using the Remote Command interface and multiple camera feeds.
Proactively intervene when necessary using system tools.
Log all interventions and key observations in real time (Notion/Google Sheets).
Conduct post-trip reviews and flag any anomalies.
Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) sessions and contribute to edge-case knowledge base.
Track and report operational metrics.
