As aRemote Assistance Operator, you’ll play an important role in supporting our autonomous vehicle fleet as we continue the transition toward fully driverless operations. You’ll work onsite at ourstate-of-the-art Remote Operations Center in North Austin, a modern, tech-forward workplace with amenities including an onsite lunchroom stocked with snacks and refreshments and complimentary coffee service.
Working from a dedicated computer workstation alongside a team of Remote Assistance Operators, you’ll monitorlive video feeds and real-time data from autonomous vehicles operating on public roads. You’ll maintain awareness of vehicle activity, identify situations that may require human assistance, and troubleshoot or elevate technical and operational issues as they arise. You’ll also document interventions and unusual events and assist with post-incident reviews.
Expected Pay Amount: $25.00 USD Per Hour

This is a full-time, ongoing contract position staffed through our trusted Employer of Record partner, who manages payroll, benefits, and local compliance on our behalf. You will work day-to-day with the Avride team and be fully integrated into our culture and operations. This job is onsite and available to local candidates.
